Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Master Plan
The Oak Ridge Recreation & Parks Department maintains the City’s trails and greenways, parks and playgrounds, Centennial Golf Course, as well as the Civic Center, which includes the conference center, indoor pool, and recreation facilities, Senior Center, and Scarboro Center. The City’s Outdoor Pool, which is open from late May to mid-August, is also managed and maintained by Recreation & Parks.

Project Overview

Throughout the planning process, there will be a couple of public meetings and surveys to allow the community to provide input on the future of Oak Ridge’s recreation and parks.
Public Meetings
Initial input events were held in 2025 and January of 2026.
